Submission Guidelines for BeyondCapture IMAGING

Please be aware of the following guidelines to submit your images.

The minimum charge for any work would be $30.00 per image if submitted individually. If
you have a large number of images that only need some simple retouching
and optimizing we can perform this work on a bid basis for the entire
package.

Client to fill out online Estimate Request Form and provide all info denoted by *.

On this form you will need to provide BeyondCapture IMAGING with contact information, deal with copyright issues, and list each image with all notations regarding necessary image changes to each individual image.

Please note that you may submit images with PHOTOSHOP ANNOTATIONS included and also add another layer called "markups" to denote special areas to retouch, composite or pay particular attention to.

Upon completion of the Estimate Request Form please review your submission for accuracy. If you have completed the form to your satisfaction you may click the button. REQUEST ESTIMATE Your request will be sent to BeyondCapture IMAGING.

We review your requests and send you a written estimate that includes service fees for time, client consultation (using Acrobat Connect once we get that set up) and file transfer. This written estimate will include a link to a Purchase Order Form that has the information you have already submitted and a request for approval along with a few other items to address. We hope the Estimate Request/Purchase Order Form/Approval process is easy and if you have any input or difficulties please tell us. We want this to be fairly easy.

Our approval process requires your acceptance of estimate via email and a 30% deposit before work begins. We only accept credit card payments at this time. When we have the images ready we send you a watermarked image for your review and approval.

Upon approval a final payment via credit card (or other approved payment method) must be made before the finished files are transfered to client. We generally send files in a zipped folder. If you have requests for a different delivery method let us know. After files are transfered we would surely appreciate direct feedback about our service.
