Removing Moire: Moire patterns can become problematic with modern digital photography. In this case the high resolution of the digital camera used to capture this image caused a rainbow type moire pattern on the office screening material. The screening material had to be selected carefully and I chose the channel mixer in monochromatic mode to create a new screen. A slight tint was added to not have the screen look like a gray scale rendering. Some guassian blur was added to assist in the reduction of the moire pattern.

General
Considerations: General retouching, image editing and compositing
required by Ledalite for fixture installation photographs includes
preparing images for print and trade show display marketing materials.
Detailing of hi-resolution images submitted by photographer was
critical, thus requiring closely examining image at 100% in Photoshop.
Some of this critical detail work will not beĀ apparentĀ in web based
images.
